This event is for internationally experienced professionals job searching in Canada. This includes international professionals immigrating to Canada in the next twelve months and newcomers already here. Newcomers must have an approved Permanent Resident Visa. Please note that this event has limited spots! The event is also for current JVS Toronto/ Canada InfoNet mentors and employers representatives who want to connect with highly skilled internationally trained professionals.
An exciting virtual event that aims to connect skilled newcomers with mentors, employers, and community organizations. This virtual event will be an excellent opportunity for skilled immigrants to build their network, gain industry insights, and connect with mentors who can help guide them on their path to career success.

No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet.
Preferably, yes. You can still use the chat function to connect with others and visit exhibitors’ booths, but mentoring roundtables and the networking tool do use video calls.
After registering for the event, your login details will be emailed to you. You can use those details to access the online event.
